Dental Sealant Application Is Quick, Easy and Pain-Free

Sealants are so quick and easy to apply that their application is often performed as part of a routine dental examination and cleaning.

Before application, our dental staff will examine your teeth to determine if any decay is present. If no decay is present, our hygienist will cover the chewing surface of the back teeth with a thin plastic coating material. An ultraviolet light is then used to harden the coating and create a strong protective barrier that prevents tooth decay.
